Their Mission.

To provide finance to developer One North Property to assist with the construction of this bespoke residential development.

Our Role.

Over a twelve-month period during 2019 and into spring 2020, we undertook the role of Project Monitor on behalf of the funder. This entailed the detailed initial review of the project documentation provided by the developer, followed by monthly site visits during construction to monitor and report on progress of the development as work proceeded.

The Result.

The project was finished in March 2020, with all three properties having been sold prior to completion. This very successful project for all parties led to the further development of an excellent working relationship with both the funder and the developer which was to provide mutual benefit on future developments.
